Core philosophy · IoT + waste management platform
Data-driven urban infrastructure
If you have no data, you are not able to manage.
- Full connectivity: a holistic network where urban assets communicate in real time.
- Operational conversion: raw operational information becomes actionable management intelligence.
- Integrated management: data-backed decisions that improve urban efficiency and sustainability.
The asset is connected. The asset generates operational information. The platform converts that information into management intelligence.
What is WMS?
An enterprise-grade, cloud-based waste management and provisioning platform that enables monitoring, management and configuration of daily operations.
How it works
- Container capacity and fill-level data feed the control dashboard.
- Configurable thresholds issue collection warnings and alerts.
- Waste collection routes are monitored and optimized through operational data.
Data dashboard · operational intelligence
Real monitoring data from the Mollerussa deployment
Operator dashboard: bin location, fill-level percentage, waste type and route status by street address.
Automatic route optimization
Data reduces redundant collection and lowers the carbon footprint of waste logistics
Fill-level data turns collection planning from fixed rounds into routes built around the containers that need service.
- Real-time fill-level, pick-up frequency and waste-category data
- Reduced redundant routes and collection inefficiency
- Efficient allocation of internal resources
- Secure data transmission throughout
Public Wi-Fi and connectivity
Public Wi-Fi is part of the smart city infrastructure proposition
Citizens connect to the free public Wi-Fi signal with active user consent.
- Terms and conditions are presented before connection.
- Consent-based access to the platform.
- The platform can support usage and site analytics.
- Where enabled, analytics features optimize smart city data.
Citizen app
Citizen interaction extends the platform beyond the physical asset
Available for citizen download
Smart city services
The physical network supports additional citizen-service applications
Public communication and municipal engagement services layered onto the installed asset base.
Platform extensibility: additional smart city services can be layered onto the installed asset base where supported by deployment configuration.

Beyond our own units
Smart monitoring for existing waste containers
Municipalities and operators can add monitoring capabilities to existing waste containers without replacing their entire installed infrastructure.
Solar Wi-Fi Eco Bin® units
- Separation of up to six waste types at the point of disposal
- Solar power, public Wi-Fi and USB charging
- Digital and static advertising inventory
- Fill-level and operational data
Third-party container IoT
- Sensors added to existing containers operated by others
- Fill-level monitoring in the same management dashboard
- Alerts and route optimization from operational data
- Recurring monitoring-service opportunity
Commercial model
Commercially structured smart city infrastructure
Commercially structured infrastructure, not a simple hardware sale.
Environmental aspects
Optimized collection logistics, classified waste separation and on-site solar energy generation.
Commercial model
Host sites are not required to purchase the infrastructure outright. Revenue potential comes from advertising and sponsorship, connectivity, and data and IoT services.
Financing logic
The initial asset program is defined separately from SPV liquidity and corporate growth capital.
Captive-portal advertising and exclusive network sponsorship are alternative ways to monetize the same connectivity exposure. Mobile interaction through Wi-Fi is separate from any additional physical screen. Circular economy remains a platform benefit and strategic theme.
Advertisers buy reach. A dense network of units across a city or region can be sold as one campaign, which a handful of scattered units cannot. Density also concentrates installation, maintenance and collection work in fewer operating areas.
Approximately 300 active units
